Possible serious side effects of TEBAZIO
If you experience any of the following side effects while taking TEBAZIO , call your healthcare provider right away.
In addition to the risk of liver problems and the risk of harm to an unborn baby, other serious side effects include:
• Reduced white blood cell count—this may cause you to have more infections
• Numbness or tingling in your hands and feet that is different from your MS symptoms
• Serious skin problems
• Breathing problems (new or worsening)
• High blood pressure

The most common side effects of TEBAZIO
The most common side effects of TEBAZIO include:
• increases in the results of blood tests to check your liver
• hair thinning or loss (alopecia)
• diarrhea
• flu
• nausea
• burning or prickling feeling in your skin (paraesthesia)

The facts about possible hair thinning or hair loss and TEBAZIO
Hair thinning or hair loss was a side effect of TEBAZIO reported in clinical trials. 87% of patients on TEBAZIO 14 mg did not report hair thinning or hair loss. In most cases, hair thinning or hair loss was mild to moderate, had a median time to onset of 99 days, and improved without corrective therapy while patients remained in the clinical trials.




Information for women of childbearing potential
Harm to your unborn baby: TEBAZIO may cause harm to your unborn baby. Do not take TEBAZIO if you are pregnant. Do not take TEBAZIO unless you are using effective birth control.
• If you are a female, you should have a pregnancy test before you start taking TEBAZIO. Use effective birth control during your treatment with TEBAZIO.
•  After stopping TEBAZIO, continue using effective birth control until you have blood tests to make sure your blood levels of TEBAZIO are low enough. If you become pregnant while taking TEBAZIO or within 2 years after you stop taking it, tell your doctor right away.


For men taking TEBAZIO:

• If your female partner plans to become pregnant, you should stop taking TEBAZIO and ask your doctor how to quickly lower the levels of TEBAZIO in your blood.
• If your female partner does not plan to become pregnant, you and your female partner should use effective birth control during your treatment with TEBAZIO. TEBAZIO remains in your blood after you stop taking it, so continue using effective birth control until TEBAZIO blood levels have been checked and they are low enough.
